The Ingredients

  1. 400 gms Cluster Beans
  2. 1 tsp One diced tomato or tomato Paste
  3. 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil.
  4. ½ Turmeric
  5. ½ Chilli powder
  6. ½ black pepper
  7. ½ Garam Masala
  8. ½ Corriander Powder
  9. 1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  10. Green Coriander – (A little) Fresh cilantro washed, rinsed & finely chopped
  11. 1 tsp Salt

Variation: Got no time, or no fresh coriander leaves? "Cilantro” is the Spanish name for coriander leaves. Use a 6 ounce jar of prepared coriander instead.

The Preparation

    Add Cluster Beans:
  1. Add washed and sliced Cluster Beans.
  2. Please Note: Don't add any water. The moisture is enough from the Cluster beans. Need that tender from Cluster Beans Fry. Otherwise Cluster Beans Fry is too soft. You want that tender.

    Sauté tomato:
  3. Add washed and sliced tomatoes or tomato paste.
  4. Add washed and sliced Giner Garlic.
  5. Add Ingredients:
  6. Add Turmeric, Chilli powder:
  7. Add Garam Masala and Coriander powder.
  8. Add Pepper:
  9. Add black pepper powder.
  10. Add Olive Oil.
  11. Add Olive Oil.
  12. Add salt to taste.
  13. Mix it.
  14. Put lid.
  15. Note:
  16. Don’t cover the lid totally. Note: (if you close the lid the dish will be watery).
  17. Mix in between.
  18. Cook for
  19. Cook for 10 - 15 minutes
  20. The dish is ready.
  21. Enjoy!
  22. Add Cilantro:
  23. Serve with fresh cilantro if you like.
