Difficulties are Meant to Rouse
Difficulties are meant to rouse, not discourage. The human spirit is to grow strong..
I think everyone experiences difficulties in some aspect of our lives.
Sometimes we face external difficulties, ones that we have no direct control over.
Some difficulties are internal and challenge us.
Some difficulties like.. financial hardship, relationships, lack of motivation, ill heath, negativity etc.
Difficulties are …either make you or break you.
The choice is really up to you & how you control your mind.
Difficulties are Meant to Rouse, not Discourage.
I think two ways you can come out of difficulties:
Remember:
Look for GOOD in the situation. Focus on SOLUTION Solving the PROBLEM.
Action Mind. Action is The Key for SOLUTION.
May be you learn something: like you are more wiser, know the value of your life, how lucky you are, thicker-skinned, and more empathetic towards others or taught something.
Positive Thinking
Train your mind with MEDITATION like me the same way you train your body.
Be consistent, be positive, always seek to improve and never give up UNTIL YOU ACHIEVE THE GOAL.
The Takeaway The Takeaway
Difficulties are meant to rouse, not discourage. The human spirit is to grow strong by conflict.
—William Ellery ChanningTHEOLOGIAN.
